**Returns & Exchanges**
1. Do not open your package in front of the delivery person.
2. Orders are delivered within 4 business days at most.
3. We accept exchanges for defective or damaged items only β leaking bottle, broken glass, non-functioning atomizer, or damage caused during transit.
4. All requests must be submitted within **48 hours** of delivery in case of a bottle issue β photo or video proof is required.
5. Replacements are issued for the same item ordered β no substitutions.
6. Fragrances that have been opened or used cannot be returned β this includes cases where the scent did not suit your personal taste.
