Returns & Exchanges
1. Do not open your package in front of the delivery person.
2. Orders are delivered within 3 business days at most.
3. We accept exchanges for defective or damaged items only — leaking bottle, broken glass, non-functioning atomizer, or damage caused during transit.
4. All requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery in case of a bottle issue — photo or video proof is required.
5. Replacements are issued for the same item ordered — no substitutions.
6. Fragrances that have been opened or used cannot be returned — this includes cases where the scent did not suit your personal taste.
7. Fragrance is deeply personal, but our scents are crafted to be widely loved — returns on this basis are rare.
