At LUXENT, we care about your complete satisfaction with every piece you acquire from our luxury fragrances, so we've set a clear policy for exchanges in exceptional cases.

Conditions for accepting an exchange request:

1. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment via email or WhatsApp.
2. The amount of fragrance used must not exceed 2 ml.
3. The product must be in its original packaging and condition as much as possible.
4. When reaching out, please include: Order number, registered phone number on the account, and clear photos showing the product's condition and the issue (in case of a defect or damage).

Regarding refunds: After our team receives and inspects the returned product, the refund amount will be processed within 7 to 14 business days, once all the above conditions have been confirmed.

Important note: Exchanges or returns do not cover cases where the reason is that the fragrance's scent doesn't match personal taste, as this depends on a purely personal experience.
